Journey south through Castries to the expansive Roseau Valley, a historical landmark once adorned with endless fields of sugar cane but now boasts the island's largest banana plantation. Next, you'll explore the restored sugar mill at La Sikwi located in the quaint fishing village of Anse la Raye. Visit a small museum that traces the expansive history of sugar in the West Indies and immerse yourself amid the area's lush, tropical gardens that are inhabited by an array of exotic birds. Enjoy a light snack and sample locally-produced rums and liqueurs. Then it's on to the St. Lucia distillery. On your return, we'll stop at the picturesque Marigot Bay.
