We will enjoy an early morning ride and breakfast on the slopes of Mount Kenya. We will be picked up by our horses in front of our room and ride up the slopes on Mount Kenya. Next, we will enjoy a breakfast including champagne and smoked salmon while facing the snow capped peaks.

The 2 Karura Suites are located in the historic Karura wing and aptly named after Sarah and Abraham Block who are part of the founders of the 105 year old Fairmont Norfolk Hotel. With a breathtaking elevated view of the courtyard, the two suites boast very large terraces. With a separate sitting lounge from the bedroom the suite offers HSIA, in room digital safe 32” flat screen televisions for comfort. The 2008 renovated suites have a plush unmistakable finish, queen beds, a spacious 4-piece bathroom and beautiful elevated courtyard views.

Breakfast and lunch are served as a buffet offering the best of what Kenya has to offer while dinner is served as a four course set menu with vegetarian options. Zebar features large windows overlooking the gardens, the snow covered peaks of Mount Kenya and beyond. In addition to offering a relaxed lounge atmosphere, Zebar, resting on the equator, is one of the few places in the world where our server will have to cross from the southern to the northern hemisphere to retrieve our order. The menu includes choice of liqueurs, beers, soft drinks, cocktails, wines, spirits, tea and coffee, as well as a bar snacks.
