Test the tradewinds on Labadee's Dragon's Breath Flight Line. Your tour begins with a flight briefing and orientation. You'll test your mettle on the shorter "Little Dragon" flight line. You're then transported in custom-made safari vehicles to the take-off point 500 feet above the beaches of Labadee. Enjoy breathtaking views as you zip down a flight line more than 2,600 feet long at speeds of 40-50 mph. Your flight lands at Dragon's Breath Rock

Flavors of Jamaica: A Culinary Delight

We will be cooking Jamaican culinary delights from a beautiful 18th-century Great House veranda, at our own workstation. We'll tour beautiful gardens and see a panoramic view of the Caribbean Sea. Chef Irie will guide us in preparing the Dolphin Cove Special Blend Jerk Sauce, and Coconut 'Run Down' with Shrimp. We'll also knead oour own dough and prepare the Callaloo for steaming. Enjoying a truly Jamaican lunch consisting of our very own jerk chicken.

The Mayan Frontier by Horseback & EcoLounge Beach Break

Saddle up and ride through the natural wonders of the island of Cozumel. Horses are assigned and instructions are given at Rancho Buenavista. We'll ride through the rainforest passing original Mayan ruins, replicas and caves dating back 1,500 years. Our guide explains Mayan history and customs as we trot along the trails. After this mystical experience, we'll arrive at a beautiful beach where we can relax, swim and enjoy the amazing Caribbean breeze.

Historical tales and folklore of pirates and hidden loot are shared on our unique and scenic 1-hour open-air Trolley Roger tour. We'll pass the financial district, some of the oldest buildings in Grand Cayman, the central park area and the statue of Grand Cayman's national hero, "Mr. Jim Bodden." Continue to South Sound with its old-time Caymanian houses and stop at Smith's Cove before visiting Hog Sty Bay and photographing McCoy's Villa
